Dear November Sarah,
Here are the plans I have for you.
1. As you tell yourself every month, STICK with your routine!
2. Continue being excited and having that positive attitude about your new job and bring your A game!
3. Continue to save $$$.
4. Put $$$ aside for the Ultimate Reset so you can start in December or January.
5. Spend more time with family and friends.
At the end of the month, I'll revisit these fives plans and see how I did with them. We'll then see what I have lined up for December.
Good luck November Sarah!

so what wednesday [23]
This week, I'm saying SO WHAT if ...
➡ I haven't updated my phone to iOS 10. I have heard mixed reviews and I just can't seem to do it
➡ I started my Christmas "wish list" a few weeks ago
➡ I am SO excited for this new job and getting back into my routine!! I think it's going to be a lot of fun and will be a good thing for me. Keeping my fingers crossed!
➡ I fell in love with Beachbody's new workout program Core De Force.
➡ I am SHOCKED and SPEECHLESS about the events that took place last evening. I know you all know what I am talking about BUT I am going to leave my comment at that and not take it any further. There has been SO MUCH written about this, I don't think I need to add to it.
➡ I am slowly becoming addicted to House of Cards. It's been a slow start but for some reason, I can't stop watching.
What are you saying SO WHAT to this week?
Also, remember to follow me on Bloglovin There's a button that will take you right there as well.

Black Mirror - HELP!!
Guys, I NEED YOUR HELP!! I have heard so much about this show but I am confused on the seasons. When I researched the show on IMDB, it said there was an actual season 1 and 2 but it was only shown in Great Britain. Netflix starts with an hour long "episode" for season 2 and then right to season 3. WHERE in the world is season 1 on Netflix? Is season 3 actually season 1 ...
So confused so ANY help/clarification would be greatly appreciated!

there's always an update.
As I mentioned in my FOF post, I am looking forward to getting back into my routine and if you've been following along, you know that AGAIN, I was faced with making a decision of staying home or heading back out to sea for another contract. Ya know, I'm kind of glad this happened because it made me realize just how tired I am of being in this spot all the time.
So, here it is ... I was offered a position on the previous ship I was on with some amazing people and I was actually going to go and was excited for it. BUT, things happen for a reason right? I didn't receive my travel details until 9:30pm the night before I was supposed to leave and they gave me a 7:00am flight. UHM WHAT? I don't think they realize that people have to rearrange their schedules to help take me to the airport, considering we live almost two hours away. Any sort of cab or shuttle cost about 200$ and trying to schedule one last minute like that, wasn't happening. Getting to the airport wasn't going to happen and when I told them that and asked for a simple extension of my sign on date, considering it was their error, I was told no, there was no chance. Gee, thanks for the help. After that little "slap", I stepped back and realized that I was done trying to argue with these people and trying to get anything from them and if I was truly meant to go back out, it would have happened. It sucked, I won't lie, because I knew a lot of people on that ship and was looking forward to going, but I guess it wasn't my time.
After I finished being upset and mad, it felt like a little bit of weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I was tired of always trying to decide whether I wanted to stay or go and now that I have this "clarity", it feels good. Mind you, now I have to seriously look for a full time job at home, but I have my fingers crossed for a great opprotunity that I am hoping will work out. If not, I'll just keep on looking. I'm just looking forward to getting back on track. Eating better than I have been (I'm a stress eater!) and getting back into my gym routine. A lot of things have taken a back seat including my diet and gym going.
I'm looking forward to getting back on track and focusing on the future. Not to mention, that I will be able to spend the Holidays this year at home, which I have missed the last three years. It will be a bit of an adjustment knowing that I won't have "the ship" to fall back on and I will truly miss it and be thankful for my experiences, but as they say ... time to move forward and bring on the future!

five on friday.
FINALLY found the desire to start writing again! The last few months have been a little bit difficult for me and a lot of things have taken a back seat when they shouldn't have. It's always been in the back of my mind to log back on and write, but I never seemed to get around to doing it. I know, I know, I say this all the time BUT, it stops NOW! I have truly missed writing and hopefully you guys are still around and will continue to follow.
Starting it off with a nice FOF post. Head on over to A Liz Adventures and join one of my favourite link ups!

ONE
Does anyone else just leave their television on AMC for FearFest or is it just me?!
TWO
Basketball season has arrived and I am so excited. I have a feeling that this is our year and by "our" year, I mean the Raptors haha We had a great season last year and I think it just fuelled the passion even more.
THREE
I cannot believe we are heading into the last few days of October. It seems like yesterday I was saying the same thing about heading into October. Not that I am complaining since November is my birthday month and it just means we are that much closer to Christmas! AND, Johanna Bamford's new Christmas colouring book is out, I believe this week and for anyone who has an "addiction" to her books, knows the excitement I am feeling. PLUS, I absolutely LOVE the holidays and being home and able to celebrate makes me feel extremely lucky and blessed.
FOUR
I am SO looking forward to getting back into my routine! I will be writing a post about this following this one, so if you're interested, read on my friends :)
FIVE
Did anyone wake up to a little bit of snow the other day?! Oh goodness, not so ready for that yet.
What are you Five things this Friday?
